make the help local to the program and readable.

It may seem like a small thing, but provide the help file in the installation (it's not like it'll add a whole lot to the size of the program!) and have it proof-read by a native speaker of the language it is written in. (I am only speaking here of the English version.) The 'User Guide' is dreadfully terse, a bit confused, and it suffers from bad spelling. It'd be easy enough to talk a native-English speaker into re-writing it in exchange for a full copy of the program (with updates, to make it more than the Gaotd version) and have that person fully use the program and write the user guide.
